Wintergreen Couch has both stolons and rhizomes, providing the plant with superior warm climate growth.
- Soft and comfortable
- Fine textured grass with a very dense growth pattern
- Ranges in colour from light green to dark green
- Retains colour well in winter if fertilised
Wintergreen Couch is ideal for

Maintenance information for Wintergreen Couch
Mowing
- Mow every 7 days at height of approximately 25-30 mm during summer
- Mow every 2 weeks and raise mowing height to 30-35 mm in winter
- Fertilise every 6-8 weeks during the growing season.
Watering
- Water usually once every 3 – 5 days in Summer. If heavy rain falls, water less frequently. Much less in cooler months.
- Best to water early morning. Night watering is not recommended.
- Infrequent, deep watering promotes a healthy lawn.
